Returns

• You may return most new, unopened items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

• Some items may be non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons (e.g., pet grooming tools, opened food/treats). These will always be clearly marked on the product page. 

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.

• If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original method of payment.

• Please note: Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take additional time for funds to appear in your account

Damaged or Defected items

• If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

• We’ll replace the item at no additional cost or issue a full refund, including shipping.           

Return shipping

• If the return is due to a damaged/defective/incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs.

• If the return is for any other reason (change of mind, pet not liking the item, wrong size chosen, etc.), return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Exchanges

• If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact us.

• Exchanges are subject to product availability.
