Return and Refund Policy
Returns
- You may return most new, unopened items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

Some items may be non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons (e.g., pet grooming tools, opened food/treats). These will always be clearly marked on the product page.
Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original method of payment.

Please note: Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take additional time for funds to appear in your account
Damaged or Defected items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- We’ll replace the item at no additional cost or issue a full refund, including shipping.
Return shipping

If the return is due to a damaged/defective/incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs.

If the return is for any other reason (change of mind, pet not liking the item, wrong size chosen, etc.), return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact us.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
